Amel Hammad is an executive leader with over two decades of experience in corporate finance and strategy. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Beneration and previously served as CFO at Valera Health, a behavioral health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality telehealth care.

Amel’s career has centered on financial leadership in complex organizations, with a distinct focus on healthcare and organizations undergoing major financial or structural change. She has held senior roles at Riveron, FTI Consulting, Alvarez & Marsal, and other finance and advisory firms.

In addition to her executive work, Amel is a featured voice on healthcare finance and organizational challenges. She has written and spoken on topics including healthcare system improvement, medical burnout, home health growth, and opportunities for healthcare providers and investors, with features in Authority Magazine and Consulting Magazine.

Amel holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and a Master of Health and BS in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. She also completed the Global Healthcare Leadership Program through Harvard Medical School.
