Dr. Jeff Jordan is an experienced operations and community leader specializing in large-scale program execution, organizational strategy, and youth development. He currently serves as Director of Operations for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton.

Jeff brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, including roles as Vice President of Operations for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, Associate Vice President of Operations for the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, and Director of Operations and Education at Envision Children. As Vice President of Operations at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, he led day-to-day operations for a $19M nonprofit and managed staff across more than 30 programs, delivering measurable improvements in education, health, and community outcomes.

His work focuses on translating strategy into measurable results through operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. He has strengthened partnerships with major organizations and expanded access to behavioral health and educational services for underserved populations, building on a foundation in clinical social work.

Jeff holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and a BSW from Northern Kentucky University, and an MS.Ed from Illinois State University.
